How it works
For each day: hours worked = (end time − start time − break) ÷ 60. If the end time is earlier than the start time, the calculator treats the shift as running past midnight. Weekly hours are the sum of the days, and pay is weekly hours × hourly rate.
Worked example
Monday, 09:00 to 17:30 with a 30-minute break is 8 hours. Five such days make 40 hours. At 20 an hour that is 800.
Tips
- Leave a day blank if you did not work.
- Enter break time in minutes, for example 30 or 45.

Frequently asked questions
Does it handle overnight shifts?
Yes. If the end time is earlier than the start time, it adds 24 hours.
Can I use it for overtime?
It gives total hours only. Multiply any overtime hours by your overtime rate separately.
Is my data saved?
No. Everything stays in your browser and disappears when you close the page.
