How it works
Pace = time รท distance. The total time is converted to seconds and divided by the distance in kilometres or miles, then shown as minutes and seconds. Speed is distance divided by time in hours. One mile is 1.609344 kilometres.
Example
Running 10 km in 50 minutes is a pace of 5:00 per km, or 8:03 per mile, at 12 km/h (7.46 mph).
